Help us improve the Family Health Risk Calculator through research

The Family Health Risk Calculator helps users better understand their risks for cancer and/or heart disease, and steps they can take to lower their risk. The information you enter is stored in a secure encrypted database to protect your privacy.

We invite you to participate in ongoing research to better understand why people use online family history tools and to improve this program. We will collect de-identified information on users for research into how long it takes users to complete the program; how often they meet certain risk criteria; and how often they choose to view other resources linked to this website.
